§ 15. Use of streets, taxation.

The town council, as the governing authority of the town, shall have full power and authority and is hereby empowered to assess and levy taxes and licenses for the use of the streets, lanes and sidewalks of the Town of Thunderbolt for business purposes, and no person, firm or corporation shall have the right to use the streets of the Town of Thunderbolt for business purposes without first having obtained the consent and license of the town council.
