An Act to create a new charter for the Town of Thunderbolt; to prescribe the corporate limits of said town; to provide for the government of said town and its corporate powers; to provide for the governing authority of said town and for the election, terms of office and powers and duties of the members thereof; to provide for other matters relative to the foregoing; to repeal specific Acts; to repeal conflicting laws; and for other purposes.
